Rebecca Davis, Founder and Principal of ASPIRE, has over fifteen years of experience recruiting in the most dynamic sectors of Silicon Valley technology. Rebecca established ASPIRE in 1992. She has worked with multiple startups and with Fortune 1000 companies. Rebecca has not only assisted companies in staffing from "scratch," she has personally handled the recruiting process for almost every position within a company, including top management talent in all functions. She has also helped companies develop staffing strategies, and has "audited" retained searches to ensure that searches have been conducted effectively.  Rebecca holds a BA Degree from Antioch College in Yellow Springs, Ohio.

Blake Marr, Principal of Aspire has over twenty two years of technical, marketing and sales experience in the Bay Area. Most recently Blake held a Senior Director Corporate Marketing title during his seven years of employment with Cirrus Logic. Blake has an extensive background in; Corporate marketing, branding, positioning,on-line/ebusiness marketing, technical marketing, strategic and tactical marketing, channel marketing and sales, multi-tiered sales and distribution channels.
